LinkedIn post templates for consultants and agencies
Start with something worth saying. Choose the job of your next post, gather the facts and use a structure that helps your reader follow the idea.

Make the structure sound like you
- Collect the facts first. Use your own project notes, observations and approved examples. The fictional samples illustrate the writing, not results you can claim.
- Draft one clear point. Replace the brackets and remove anything that does not fit. A template is a starting structure, not a reason to add filler.
- Check the wording. Read it aloud, confirm the claims and choose a question or invitation that fits the reader’s situation.
- Format last. Use the text formatter and character counter after the message is clear.
If you need a plan for several posts, use the content calendar guide. To prepare a source-based prompt for an assistant, use the voice-brief builder.
Questions about these templates
Are these ready-made posts to publish unchanged?
No. They are structures and fictional worked examples. Replace the situations and claims with your own facts, and get permission before sharing a client’s details.
Will a particular template increase my reach?
These resources help you organize useful writing. They do not predict reach, engagement or leads. Review the questions and conversations your actual posts produce.
